SS1 Hobcarton , SS2 Comb & SS3 Thornthwaite
The Visitor Centre on Whinlatter Pass is the car park for Hobcarton, Comb and Thornthwaite. Forest England have created a disabled access route in Comb which splits our usual stage in to 2, Comb and Thornthwaite. Please note that cars traversing between the stages will be at a strict 10MPH so Horse Box corner will not be a spectator point – however the hairpins, where spectating is excellent is available.
Please stick to the designated areas. There are two locations : Post 5 is a hairpin, Post 2 means a short walk in from the Pass road. There will be a mobile Café Ambio kiosk selling food and drink and will be situated at Junction 5. For Hobcarton you will have a short walk across the road to Revelin Moss which is a really good junction for viewing.
Toilets are available within the visitor centre buildings.
