For 2017 all marshals MUST have completed the MSA online training, this is available at www.MSAUK.org

Put Marshals online training in the search box and it will take you to the tabs page , select marshals and then training. Do it soon as it may take a couple of weeks for your marshals licence to come through , together with your own personal marshals tabard. Please bring them both to the event !

If you haven’t done the training then you will still be welcome but will have to be buddied with a licence holder!

Anyone wanting to either update their marshalling skills or learn some new ones is invited to Stockport College or Askam Bryan College, York on the weekend of 28th and 29th January 2017.

All courses can be recorded in the Marshal Registration books and count towards any upgrades wanted within two years. Training is free with the only costs being time and travel.

Courses offered are:
New to Motorsport
In-stage set up and running
How timing works
Radio Operator Course
Senior Official.

On February 12th there will be a session in the Penrith area, around Junction 42, possibly for Senior Officials, more information nearer the time.

To register for Training go to www.VolunteersinMotorsport.co.uk where you will find a form to complete for the session you would like to attend.
